CHP 2 Battery Construction

CHP 2 Battery Construction

Hi everyone. Today, I will share my notes for the 2nd chapter of the Introduction to Battery course that I took on Udemy platform.

To briefly summarize what we covered in this chapter, we examined battery structure and basic battery components. Throughout this chapter and the entire course, the instructor used lead-acid batteries as examples for explanations. Therefore, the explanations in this chapter were specifically based on lead-acid batteries.

You can see the main topics we covered and the contents of my notes in the image below.

As the course mainly focuses on battery introduction, the topic titles are reduced to provide a more concise and comprehensive approach. However, I often take extra topics besides the explanations of the instructor to better combine the information in my mind. Therefore, completing this course, which is normally very short, becomes more difficult for me. For instance, the total video tutorial duration of this section is 30 minutes (7 separate videos and a quiz), but I spent a net 2.5 hours to better understand the topic and visualize it in my mind. During this time, my favorite AI-supported application, Notion, and multiple AI chatboxes on the site named Sage taught me like a teacher.

I shared my notes on my Git hub account in three PDF files. You can access them from the following links.

#bytheway I would like to mention that all the notes and works I share are the ones I have taken for myself during my own learning process. Therefore, there may be abbreviations, explanations specific to me, as well as many grammar and spelling mistakes within the notes. Since I have no intention of addressing or teaching any audience, I did not feel the need to correct many of them. If there are any mistakes in technical matters, I kindly ask you to point them out and correct me.
