Why is Chemical Engineering?

The question of “WHY” is so important in my life. I always try to ask why questions before a critical situation or decision. Because if you don’t have any strong reason to do something, probably you would not do this thing, or even if you start, you can give up when you encounter any difficulties. So reasons make a person’s willingness strong. Also, the number of reasons is important. I don’t remember who said this, but it is relevant to our topic. ” If you have more than one reason to do something you can break through walls because of your passion. “

So if we back to the title, Why I preferred Chemical Engineering?

Of course, I have lots of reasons behind this decision but I will not explain all of them, you will see three main reasons in this writing.

The first reason is that I was interested in chemistry and physics. I was so happy when I was studying them because thanks to them I was able to see the mechanism of lots of things like my body movement to galaxies movement.

The second one is Its importance in the future. Because day-by-day chemical materials become a companion that almost every part of life we can see. Especially my interest, rechargeable batteries. They are everywhere and they are so important. Also, their importance will increase in the future. My last reason is that this department is not preferred in our country. I don’t know why, but this area, which has such an important and vital importance, is still not in the position it should be in our country. I also wanted to be an engineer who works for my country and on behalf of my loved ones, and the need for this also motivated me.
