Saygıdeğer hocalarım ve kıymetli bağlantılarım. Bugün sizlere uzun süredir yazıp yazmama konusunda kararsız kaldığım. Kimsenin dikkat etmediği ve bundan sonra da dikkat etmeyeceğini bildiğim ama haykırmak zorunda olduğum acı bir gerçeklikten bahsetmek istiyorum. Umarım hata edip kimseyi kırmış olmam. Bizim ülke olarak her mecliste dert yandığımız ama hep lafta bıraktığımız en büyük sıkıntılarımızdan bir kaçı liyakat meselesi, insan kayırma. Özellikle son deprem faciası da bize gösterdi ki binaları ayakta tutan temel dinamik teknik detayların yanı sıra çalışan insanların ahlakı. Eğer liyakat sahibi, ahlaklı insanlar göreve gelmezse maalesef “kardeşim ne olacak? Herkes yapıyor, biz yapsak bir şey değişmez ki!”, “kim görecek kardeşim, atıver şu imzayı hem atmazsan işlerimiz yürümez, bu piyasada anca böyle!” şeklinde repliklerin yer aldığı daha çok acı senaryo ile karşı karşıya kalacağız.
Nasıl faziletler alışkanlık haline gelince saadet doğar. (İbn Sînâ) Vecizeyi tersten okursak kötü huylar, ahlaksızlıklar da alışkanlık haline gelirse huzursuzluk, kargaşa kaos ortaya çıkar. Peki bizim meleke, huy haline getirdiğimiz ahlaksızlar nelerdir? İşte bugün sizlere bir üniversite öğrencisi olarak pandemi ve online eğitim süreci üzerinden gördüğüm bir ahlaksızlığımızdan bahsedeceğim. KOPYA!!!
Pandemi sürecinden de hatırlayabileceğiniz üzere online eğitim ve dolayısıyla online sınavlar nedeniyle yüz binlerce insan kopya çekerek ya da soru çalarak sınıf atladı, diploma kazandı, ortalama kastı. Bu insanlardan bazıları öğretmen oldular ve şu anda bu ülkenin geleceği olan genç dimağlarına “eğitim” veriyorlar. Bazıları doktor oldu hastalarımızla ilgileniyor. Bazıları mimar, mühendis oldular evlerimizi, yediğimiz içtiğimiz, giydiğimiz kullandığımız ve daha nice şeylerimizin üretiminde, yapımında yer alıyorlar. Peki çevremdeki bu kopya çeken ve hakları olmayan konumlara gelen ve herkese sorduğum neden sorusunun cevabında ne aldım sizce?
“Kardeşim ne olacak? Herkes yapıyor, biz yapsak bir şey değişmez ki!”, “kim görecek kardeşim, atıver şu sorunun cevabını” hem atmazsan geçemeyiz bu dersten, zaten hocalar da ona göre zor soruyorlar, bu sistemde anca böyle!” Bu replikler size bir yerlerden tanıdık geldi mi? Peki soruyorum size. Bugün eline imkan geçip bu kadar küçük görünen ve büyük kul haklarına ve adaletsizliklere neden olan işleri yapan öğrencilerin (Gençlerimiz geleceğimiz ya hani !) yarın ellerine makam, güç geldiğinde haksızlık yapmayacaklarını, insan kayırmayacaklarını hadi hepsini geçelim mesleki donanıma sahip olabileceklerini kim garanti edebilir?

Yani siz haksız yere aldığınız bir not ile bir arkadaşınızın önüne geçer ya da en kötü çan sisteminde onun düşük not almasına sebebiyet verirseniz o arkadaşınızın hakkına girmiş olursunuz. Ve şimdi de kopya çekerek önüne geçtiğiniz ve üstüne üstlük tanımadığınız bir çok insan olduğunu düşünün…

#güncelleme (konu ile alakalı zaman zaman araştırma yapıyorum. Elime yeni bilgiler geçtikçe aşaıdaki gibi ekleme yapacağım.

Zikrettiğmiz üzere mesele sadece islam dininde de vurgulanmamış. Örneğin Hristiyanlıkta “Altın Kural” olarak bilinen, “Başkalarına yapılmasını istediğinizi siz de başkalarına yapın” şeklinde bir öğüt vardır. Bu öğüt, diğer insanlara saygı duymayı ve onların haklarına saygı göstermeyi ifade etmektedir.

Benzer şekilde, Yahudilik’te de “Sıkıntı Verme Yasası” olarak bilinen bir ilke vardır. Bu ilke, insanların birbirlerine zarar vermemeleri ve kimsenin haklarını çiğnememeleri gerektiğini ifade etmektedir.

Budizm’de de insanların birbirlerine saygı duyması ve birbirlerine yardım etmesi gerektiği öğretilmektedir. Budizm, insanların birbirlerine sevgi ve merhametle yaklaşmaları gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır.

Ayrıca yukardaki dinlerin de olası bir kul hakkında islam dininde olduğu gibi kendine özgü ceza ve tövbe muameleleri mevcut.

Son olarak akademisyen hocalarıma sesleniyorum. Hocalarım!!! İstediğiniz kadar sınavları zorlaştırın. Mevcut online sınav şartlarında ve teknolojide kopya çekecek öğrenci her şekilde kopya çekebiliyor ve çekecek de… Yaptığınız her türlü zorluk zaten adaletsiz olan sistemi daha da adaletsiz hale getirmektir. Daha çok şey söylemek isterim de derse dönmem lazım. Hakkımla geçmem gereken sınavlarım var.

Dear professors and valuable connections. Today, I want to talk about a bitter reality that I have been hesitant to write about for a long time, but I have to shout out because nobody pays attention to it. I hope I haven’t offended anyone. If I have, I apologize in advance… One of the biggest problems that we complain about in every forum in our country, but always leave it as mere words is the issue of merit and favoritism. Especially, the recent earthquake disaster showed us that the morality of the working people is as important as the technical details that keep the buildings standing. Unfortunately, if competent and ethical people do not take office, we will face more painful scenarios that include phrases such as “What will happen, brother? Everyone does it, and it won’t change anything if we don’t do it too!”, “Who will see, brother? Sign it quickly. If you don’t sign it, our business cannot continue. This is how it works in this industry!” When virtues become a habit, happiness arises. (Ibn Sina) If we read this saying backward when bad habits and immorality become a habit, unrest, chaos, and confusion arise. So, what are the immoral behaviors that we have made our habit and character? Today, as a university student, I will talk about one of our immoral behaviors that I observed during the pandemic and online education process. CHEATING!!! As you may remember from the pandemic period, due to online education and online exams, hundreds of thousands of people passed their courses, got diplomas, and raised their averages by cheating or stealing questions. Some of these people became teachers and are currently providing “education” to the young minds that are the future of this country. Some of them became doctors and take care of our patients. Some of them became architects and engineers and are involved in the production, construction, and design of the things we eat, drink, wear, and use. So, what did I get as an answer to the question of why these cheaters and those who take positions they don’t deserve to exist in my environment? “What will happen, brother? Everyone does it, and it won’t change anything if we don’t do it too!”, “Who will see, brother? Quickly give me the answer to this question. If you don’t, we won’t pass this course. Besides, our teachers make the questions difficult, so we have to cheat to survive in this system!” Do these phrases sound familiar to you? So, I ask you. Who can guarantee that these students (our young people, who are our future) who do these small things that seem so insignificant and cause great injustice and inequality will not commit injustice or favoritism when they have power and authority?

For example, in the Islamic religion, the only issue that the Creator leaves to people who He did not interfere with regarding forgiveness is the issue of human rights. This means that if you get a higher grade than your friend by getting an unjust grade or even causing your friend to get a low grade in the bell curve system, you violate your friend’s rights. Did you know that if the person whose rights were violated does not accept your apology for violating their rights in the Islamic belief, there will be consequences? As mentioned earlier, the issue is not only emphasized in Islam. For example, in Christianity, there is advice known as the “Golden Rule,” which says, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” This advice expresses the importance of respecting others and their rights.

Similarly, in Judaism, there is a principle known as the “Law of Distress,” which expresses the idea that people should not harm each other and should not violate anyone’s rights.

Buddhism also teaches that people should respect and help each other. Buddhism emphasizes that people should approach each other with love and compassion.

Additionally, the aforementioned religions have their own human or divine justice systems for possible violations of human rights, similar to Islamic justice for violations of the rights of others.

Finally, I call out to my academic professors. Professors!!! No matter how difficult you make the exams, students who cheat in the current online exam conditions and technology can cheat anyway… Any difficulty you create will only make the already unjust system more unjust.
