CHP 1 Battery Terminology
Hello everyone.
Hello! In this post, I will share the notes I took on the first chapter of the “Introduction to Batteries” course that I previously mentioned, which I took on the Udemy platform. The course can be a useful resource for those who want to get into the battery terminology.
In the first chapter, as the title suggests, we covered 9 important and fundamental concepts selected from battery terminology. These concepts are as follows: Conventional Current, Voltaic/Galvanic Cell, Battery, 3D Cell vs Battery, Electrode, Electrolyte, Wet and Dry Cells, Specific Gravity, Ampere-Hour, Voltage Conditions. We discussed what each concept means, what it is used for, and its importance for batteries. In addition, there are basic to advanced level topic studies on our website for each concept. Therefore, in this file, we took notes on the main points of the concepts as short and concise as possible.
Since this section of the course has just ended, we could not cover the topics in more depth. However, we can update our notes and add more detailed information with the new knowledge and perspectives we will gain in the upcoming chapters. Therefore, we only covered the basic points in our notes.
To better understand some of the concepts, we researched and shared new additional concepts. In this way, we ensured a better understanding of the concepts. However, when the concepts need to be dealt with in more depth, more detailed studies are required.
I hope these notes will be useful for you. If you have any questions or points you didn’t understand, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your feedback is very valuable to us. Thank you!
Wishing you healthy, happy, knowledge and virtue-filled days…
